28歲OL正趴睡 視網膜病變

中午習慣趴睡的人要小心姿勢！一名28歲女性上班族中午小憩時，將頭枕在手臂上睡了10幾分鐘，睡醒後「突然覺得看東西怪怪的」，不但下班開車回家時抓不準距離，倒車入庫時還一直擦到車，醫師診斷發現，患者眼睛黃斑部周邊已出現早期病變，原來是她趴睡時疑似將眼球向內擠壓，才造成感光細胞及視網膜血管短暫缺氧。

收治該病患的國軍高雄總醫院眼科主治醫師洪啟庭說，這名病患就醫時，視力仍維持在1.0，卻有飛蚊症狀，立體感也喪失。他原本擔心患者可能發生眼中風或眼壓太高、有惡化成青光眼危機，進一步詢問生活史，才得知視力出問題當天，患者採「正趴睡」姿勢壓到眼球；以眼底鏡觀察，確認患者黃斑部周邊的感光細胞缺氧凋亡，出現早期視網膜病變。

醫師表示，眼球遭壓迫時間超過5分鐘，就會導致辨別光線、顏色的感光細胞缺氧，損害視網膜功能，此外，眼球受壓迫時，眼軸長度改變，對於正在治療近視者，也會影響度數的穩定控制。

洪啟庭說，不少上班族午休時都有趴在桌上小憩習慣，尤其是目前所有中小學幾乎都還要求學生趴在桌上午睡，應提醒學生趴睡時要採取側臉朝外姿勢，或在手臂上墊個軟毯、小枕頭，避免直接壓迫到眼球、造成受傷。
